Latvian Kristaps Valters, who had also collaborated in the previous record while playing for Fuenlabrada, was the most inspired from behind the arc making 6 of 9 attempts. O feito teve lugar ontem, na nona jornada da ACB, no decorrer do jogo contra o Murcia, ganho pelo Joventut por 83-73 após prolongamento. O total de lançamentos de três pontos realizados pela "Penya" foi de 44, menos dois do que o recorde alcançado pelo Barcelona na época passada.
O letão Kristaps Valters, que também tinha colaborado no recorde anterior ao serviço do Fuenlabrada, foi o mais inspirado da linha de três, convertendo 6 lançamentos de 9 tentados. Imediatamente a seguir, o sérvio Uroš Tripković converteu menos um em igual número de tentativas. Os restantes a colaborar na marca foram Luka Bogdanović (3/7), Clay Tucker (3/9), David Jelinek (1/3) e Pere Tomàs (1/3).)
