Al Nasr reconquered the Libyan championship after defeating Al Ahli Benghazi 76-59 in the last game of the playoffs. This is the second title of the club since the league was restructured in the 2005-2006 season.
Al Nasr lost just two matches in twenty games in the season, both against former champions and rivals Al Ittihad, finishing the playoffs with 13 points, followed precisely by Al Ittihad with 10, Al-Ahli Benghazi with 9 and Al-Ahli Tripoli with less two.
