Germany national team power forward Jan-Hendrik Jagla is set to move o Poland next season. The reigning Polish champions Prokom Gdynia (formerly from Sopot) signed the 28-year-old for one season and will, therefore, strenghten their frontcourt with a tall player (2.13m) who can also shoot from beyond the arc.Jagla helped Germany reach the 11th position in Eurobasket 2009 and will leave Joventut where he spent the last two years, averaging 9 points and 3.3 rebounds last season in the Euroleague. Previously he played for Türk Telekom Ankara, Panellinios, Artland Dragons, Penn State University and Alba Berlin.

O actual campeão polaco, Prokom Gdynia (anteriormente da cidade de Sopot), contratou o jogador de 28 anos por uma época e vai, assim, reforçar a linha ofensiva com um jogador alto (2,13 m) com capacidade para lançar da linha de três pontos.
Jagla ajudou a Alemanha a atingir a 11ª posição no Eurobasket 2009 e irá deixar o Joventut onde esteve nos últimos dois anos, com médias de 9 pontos e 3,3 ressaltos na época passada na Euroliga.
